About Karla Ilić

Karla focuses on corporate and commercial law, real estate and intellectual property. 

Within corporate and commercial law, she works on transactions and corporate projects, preparing corporate documents and legal analyses for clients across a range of industries.

In real estate matters, Karla handles property due diligence and land registry proceedings, and assists with sales, leases and development projects.

In intellectual property and technology regulation, she is involved in trademark proceedings before the Croatian State Intellectual Property Office and the EUIPO, and supports companies in complying with the rules on artificial intelligence and data protection.

She joined Stijačić Šoštarić in 2026, after graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb.
