About Iva Ramljak

Iva works on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on contracts and M&A. Her clients are mainly in the IT, energy and construction sectors. She supports them on transactions, as well as on the regulatory matters specific to their industries.

Commercial contracts make up much of her practice. She drafts and negotiates the agreements behind clients' key business relationships, many of them with foreign counterparties.

Her work also covers advising clients on questions of international jurisdiction and arbitration, an interest that goes back to her university days. At the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, she won the Werner Melis Award for Best Memorandum for Respondent, and her team received the Eric E. Bergsten Award for its performance in the oral rounds. She is also a recipient of the Rector's Award for outstanding achievement in academic competitions.

She passed the Croatian bar exam with honours in 2025.
