Good projects are built on clean title
In Croatia, much of a project's risk sits before construction starts: land registry and cadastre records that do not match, encumbrances, pre-emption rights, or a zoning plan that does not permit what the investor has in mind. We run these checks first, while they can still shape the price and the structure.
After acquisition, we take the project through permitting, design and construction contracts, financing and leasing. Clients include investors, developers and companies acquiring or carving out real estate as part of a wider transaction.
